- How to Enter Unlock Codes on a Cingular Blackjack
Step Action
- Insert NON Cingular/AT&T SIM into device
- Power on the device
- Wait approximately 30 seconds until the Sim Lock application appears (the delay may be longer if the user has already attempted an unlock with the wrong code) - Enter the unlock code in the blank field
- Press Ok
- If the unlock code is incorrect, an error dialog will appear. After pressing Ok on this dialog, the user has to re-enter the unlock code after delays (see above in Device Specific Information)
- If the unlock code is correct, a success dialog will appear. - Press Ok
- The device is now unlocked and should continue booting
OR- Insert disallowed simcard (a simcard that the phone does not usaully accept) and enter unlock codes when prompted
- NOTE: If you are unable to connect to service provider or unable to make out going calls or recieve messages, this has nothing to do with your phone being locked or not, you need to force the BlackJack to change to GSM mode, this can be done as follows:
Power on your Phone
Enter *#1546792*#
Select Option 3 Network & Call Settings
Select option 5 Network Mode
Select GSM
Without sim alternative i607 / Blackjack
Power on without sim, you will then get a message saying "SIM Failure" at the top of the screen.
Click "Done" then press the green button to get into the dial pad. Type in #7465625*638*
Then it will display "Enter Network Control Key" this is where you enter the 8 digit unlock code. Then click ok
Your phone is now unlocked.

Samsung Unlock Code Instructions:
Model : Samsung U900(soul), F480, F490, J700, Z105, Z107
Unlock code is composed like this: #7465625*638*CODE#
- Press the # button on the keypad 1 time to display #
- Type 7465625
- Press the star (*) button on the keypad 1 time
- Type 638
- Press the star (*) button on the keypad 1 time
- Now type in CODE2 we sent you (If phone is still locked with CODE2 try CODE1)
- Press the # button on the keypad 1 time
- phone is unlocked!
Model : Samsung i900 Omnia
- Insert a sim card from a different network.
- Power ON handset (Make sure wirelesss mode is ON)
- When asked for code, enter Code 2
- Now phone should be unlocked
- If Code 2 not working, try again with Code 1.
Model : Samsung J600
Unlock code is composed like this: #0149*MCK# or #0111*NCK#
- Press the # button on the keypad 1 time to display #
- Type the 4 digit code which corresponds to your lock type (in most cases the MCK code will work with code:1)
- Press the star (*) button on the keypad 1 time
- Type your unlock code which corresponds to your lock type
- Press the # button on the keypad 1 time
- phone should now be unlocked
- If phone is still locked, you have a 2nd lock activated so please check locks and enter 2nd code
Model : Samsung Z320i, Z510i, Z650i

PHONE FREEZE:
If your phone displays this message or similar when inserting an incorrct sim, you must do the following:
- Power on phone with wrong sim inside so phone displays "Phone Freeze, SIM unavailable. Please contact service provider"
- Now type CODE1 that we supplied you and press OK (no digits will be seen on display when entering this code)
- Now phone will ask you for Network Code, so enter CODE2 and press OK.
- If nothing happens when you enter CODE2, you will need to compose code like this: #7465625*638*CODE2#
- Now your phone should be unlocked.
N.B. If phone does not accept CODE2, and still have no luck with #7465625*638*CODE2# please try step 4 using CODE1
Unlock Instruction for FIDO Samsung i616 Jack
- Power ON your phone with a FIDO SIM Card that the phone is locked to

- Network Lock Screen appear, enter UNLOCK CODE

- Switch ON your phone without SIM Card.

How to Enter Unlock Codes on Treo 750:
- Please insert a not allowed SIM card.
- Place the battery and the cover, windows will boot automatically.
- Turn on the phone by pressing the front upper-right red button on the keypad.
- The phone will ask for the unlock code.
- Pull out the stylus at the back of the phone, tap the keyboard icon at the center-bottom of the screen.
- Enter the unlock code by tapping your stylus on the screen keyboard. Then tap OK.
- Your Palm Treo phone should be unlocked by now.
- Switch ON your phone with allowed SIM card.
- Go to menu and select "Phone Tool" or "Phone Application"

How to Enter Unlock Codes on Palm Treo 650, 680, Centro:- Remove Treo battery, unplug cable
- Insert incorrect a not allowed SIM card (one the phone does not accept)
- Power on your Treo, “Sim not allowed” is displayed, click “ok”
- Go to the dial pad, and use the stylus to enter code *#*#CODE#. Then press “Dial”. (substitute the word "code" with the unlock code we gave you).
- Phone will reset and display “sim lock removed”
Ensure you enter the codes in this manner *#*#CODE# (e.g. *#*#12345678#)
Troubleshooting:
Error Message: "The SIM Lock has NOT been removed from this phone"
Solution 1: Please make sure you are entering the correct code and enter it using this method *#*#CODE# dial

Step Action
- Insert NON Cingular SIM into device

- Tap the Phone Band icon.
- Tap the Keyboard icon to open the virtual keyboard
- Tap Shift and then Ctl key to enable the keys.

- Tap Shift and then Ctl to disable the keys.
- Enter the 8-digit unlock code and tap OK when done.
- Wait for the device to validate the unlock code (about five seconds). You will see one of the following screens:
- Unlock successful.
- Unlock failed due to incorrect code. The user has three attempts to unlock. After three attempts, the device will refuse any more unlocking attempts. Perform a soft reset to reset the counter to perform additional unlocking attempts.
- Device is not ready for unlocking. This error message displays when the user tries to unlock when the phone application (not the device) is not in a steady state. It takes 30 seconds after powering on the phone for it to reach a steady state.
*If you already have an unlock code and sim card but when you input code, it always says " unlock code not accepted, you have tried...." You must update your ROM version . About 5% hp 6315 have this problem.
This problem can easy be resolved with this ROM update ( ROM v1.00.38 )
This rom update will remove all T-mobile logos and sofware and your 6315 will become OEM 6315

- How to Enter Unlock Code on Sony Ericssons
If your phone has a "JOGDIAL" (for example SonyEricsson K700i), then you must press the "down arrow" instead of the "left arrow" for step 3 & 5. By "Down Arrow" I mean directing the Jogdial down!

How to Unlock LG KG800 or TG800 Chocolate:
- With the phone in standby, enter 2945#*7101#. This will activate the extra menu.
- Go to: Settings>Security>SimLock>Network
- Select deactivate. Enter the unlock code

How to Enter Unlock Codes on BlackBerry Storm- Need a SIM card inserted into the phone
- Click on manage connections, select turn all connections off
- Go to Settings Menu, Options, Advanced Options and then SIM Card.
- Hit the menu button and select show keyboard
- Type in mepd using the keyboard (nothing will show on screen)
- Type in mep2 another screen pops up for the code
- Enter the code, remember you ONLY have 10 chances to get it right
- Press the enter key
- A message will appear saying code accepted
- Turn device off, insert SIM of your choice if have not done so already
- Turn the phone back on
- Go to Options, then Mobile Network, on the third row switch it to GSM/UMTS and you're done.
- If you have issues with the phone not recognizing the network, make sure the radio is on by making sure it is not low on power.
- Sometimes the phone requires you to do "m e p p d" instead of "m e p d" and if that occurs, you will need to do "m e p p 2" instead of "m e p 2"
- If you have issues with the network not working after you have finished and the phone isn't low on power, switch from Global to GSM to Verizon a few times (keep on doing) and after 3 times of the process completed, leave it on GSM. Should work now.
- On the main screen of the phone, press ##000000
- For the Mobile Directory Number, put in your phone number in there.
- After you have done that, press the menu button to save the options and the phone will automatically restart
***Below are Blackberry instructions that work for most network providers. T-Mobile locked cell phones have to be entered differently and are shown at the end ***
VERIZON BlackBerry Storm Unlock InstructionsTip: Turn the phone sideways so you get the full qwerty keypad- Ensure the SIM Card thatcame pre-installed in the 9530 is inserted
- Go to 'Manage Connections'
- Click on 'Turn All Connections Off'
- Go to 'Options'
- Click on 'Status'
- (Input required info into Guarded Link to retrieve the unlock code)
- Go back to 'Options'
- Click on 'Advanced Options'
- Click on 'SIM Card'
- Type 'MEPD' (letters will not appear on-screen but a menu will pop up)
- Type 'MEP2' (user will be prompted to enter MEP code)
- Enter the unlock code (for example '1234567890123456')
- Reboot device
- Go to 'Manage Connections'
- Click on 'Restore Connections'
- Device is now unlocked
- You must have a SIM card in your phone to complete these steps (can be active or inactive)
Go to settings menu => and then Options. - Select Advanced options => and then Sim card
- Type MEPD using your Blackberry keyboard (NOTE: You will not see any text appear on the screen while typing MEPD)
- Hold the ALT Key while typing in MEPE on your Blackberry keyboard (NOTE: You will not see any text appear on the screen while typing MEPD)
- You should be presented with a prompt "Enter Network MEP Code". Type in the 16 or 8 digit unlock code and press in the track wheel / jog dial to confirm
- Your phone is now unlocked
- Power on
- Go to settings
- Go to advanced options
- Go to sim card
- Type MEPD
- Type MEP[Alt + 2] (all this with either a cingular or ATT SIM inside)
- It will ask you for the unlock code. Enter it and your phone is unlocked!
You must have a SIM card in your phone to complete these steps, I have found that this procedure works best with an AT&T or Cingular Sim card in the phone (can be active or inactive ). Make sure the phone is not displaying the low battery warning!
- Power on
- Go to settings
- Go to advanced options
- Go to sim card
- Type MEPD
- Type MEP[Alt + 2] (all this with either a cingular or ATT SIM inside)
- It will ask you for the unlock code. Enter it and your phone is unlocked!
- Go to Options Menu => Advanced Options
- In the SIM Card menu, hold down the shift (right of the zero, cap) press meppd
- You'll see the unlocking level screen there you hold the ALT key (left side below @) type mepp2 (*You won't see any text while you are typing either one of these.)
- Type in the 16 or 8 digit unlock code and your phone is unlocked!
- Insert SIM into device
- Power phone on and Turn off the radio (Turn Wireless Off option) VERY IMPORTANT.
- Select "Options" THEN SELECT ADVANCED OPTIONS
- Scroll down and select "SIM Card"
- Type "MEPPD" (please note that you will not see what you type on the screen)
- Type "MEPP then [ALT BUTTON] then "2" (please note that you will not see what you type on the screen)
- Enter the Unlock Code
- Press enter
- Reboot device. Device is now unlocked.

- It will say "Enter Network MEP Code, Type in the 16 or 8 digit unlock code, press in the jog dial to confirm.
- Your phone is now unlocked
- Select Options menu on BB.
- Now you select SIM CARD menu. To be able to see this you have to type this on the keypad on phone : (TEXT WILL NOT APPEAR ON THE SCREEN until you enter the unlock code)
- Type 'MEPD' for all models except 7100 in which case in case use 'MEPPD'.
- Usually you should see "active" NET lock. Now in order to disable this lock type 'MEP2' respectively 'MEPP2' if phone is 7100 and will appear a dialog asking for code. NOTE: You must use the "alt" or "shift" key to enable numbers so example would be: m-e-p-"alt key"-2.
- Now you should see the place to enter your net unlock code. (if not, you didn't type in mep2 or mepp2 properly.)
- Here you must enter the "NET Unlock Code" that the bb unlocker showed you and hit return.
- On the Home screen, click the Tools icon. The Options screen appears.
- In the tools screen, select the Settings icon.
- Scroll to SIM Card and select it. You should see the phone number and the SIM ID number.
- Type ‘mepd’ to display the first five levels of SIM locking.
- T-Mobile uses network locking so the Network should display Active. All other states should display Disabled. Please note: For the Blackberry 7100t you will hit the “P” twice when entering the ‘mepd’ and ‘mep2′ for steps 4 & 5.
- Type ‘mep2′ to display the dialog box asking for the unlock code (Press the Alt + 2 key to get the number 2)
- Input the Network Unlock code
- Press ENTER and reboot handheld.
- Can be done without a sim card inserted.
- While on the home screen, click the “blackberry key” on keyboard, then select “options”.
- Choose “Advanced Options”.

IF YOU HAVE TRIED TO PUT IN AN INCORRECT CODE 3 OR MORE TIMES PREVIOUSLY & YOU GET PHONE RESTRICTED SIGN, THEN YOUR DEVICE IS HARD LOCKED AND MUST BE UNLOCKED WITH WITH A CABLE AND HARDWARE BOX. -

Please download and install Sierra Watcher. Once you have Watcher installed put the non-Cingular SIM into the card and Watcher will prompt you to enter the unlock code. Please make sure to enter the unlock code correctly.

Sidekick Unlock Instructions:
- Insert a SIM card from a different network provider and turn on the Sidekick. A dialog screen comes up, prompting you for the code.
- The box will say:
Title: Special Code Required

- In the upper right hand corner, the SIM is flashing where the signal strength should be. On entering the code, a dialog box comes up saying authenticating code. It's unlocked. Enjoy
In case you see the “Waiting for Activation Screen”, hit the menu key and the letter L key at the same time. The menu key is the top left key. By doing this, the waiting screen will go away and you will be able to make calls. It's because you or somebody else has already entered too many wrong codes. You just have to leave the phone ON on the error message and after 1hr - 8hrs the message "Enter Special Code" will appear again!

On the home screen/lock message, enter **057*
How to Enter Unlock Codes on Motorola CDMA and TDMA:- Press 74663 # [Menu] [Menu] and you will be asked for a subsidy code.
- Enter unlock code

I will supply you with 2 unlock codes. One will be the NETWORK PIN and the other the SERVICE PROVIDER PIN.
- Switch ON your phone with a not allowed SIM Card,
- If phone is asking for NETWORK PIN enter the NETWORK PIN we sent you
- If phone is asking for SERVICE PROVIDER PIN. Enter the SERVICE PROVIDER PIN we sent you.
- Your Phone should now be unlocked.

Put original sim from carrier go to phone type *#865625# and put the code

If you still have the original card
Please power on the phone with the original card in and when phone fully powered on (You have access to the menu), then TYPE: * # * * 3 6 4 # and press green button
you'll get a error message and after it your will see:Engineering menu
Click "Options"
Click "GSM Test"
Select "Send AT command"
Now you will see a new window with :
Send AT Command
type
AT+CLCK="PN",0,"[SERVICE PROVIDER PIN or NETWORK PIN] "
and press send.
If you get Response "0 []" phone is unlocked
If you get 1 error, then make sure you have typed the code correct and try the other code
If you don't have the original card
Please switch your phone off, take battery out. Put battery back in, power on the phone.
Now the phone it will ask to enter NETWORK PUK. Now please DON'T TOUCH the phone for 2 hours.
After 2 hours it will change screen! Now please enter the code received from us and 00000000 (eight zero's) as a new password.
Now the phone will be unlocked.

If you don't have the original card or if the original card is not accepted because you flashed the phone with other firmware, then sorry but we can't help you.
Question: Why do I have to wait 2 hours before I can enter the code when phone asking for NETWORK PUK?
Answer:
This is because Motorola have added an anti brute force protection and if you enter to many codes, the phone will ask for NETWORK PUK and then it will refuse to accept the code even if is the right one.
Question: After I restart my phone, the phone is asking again for SERVICE PROVIDER PIN. What shall I do to make it stop?
Answer:
Follow the instructions from SERVICE PROVIDER PUK and after that it will never ask for the code again.
